Amount: 16 oz. (2 cups) per teabag/1 tsp. of loose leaf.

Temperature: 180°F/82°C

How To Infuse:

Pour 16 oz. of hot water (180°F/82°C) onto the teabag while inside a serving container. Steep for 1 minute and stir. Remove the bag if desired. Serve & Enjoy!

How To Infuse Pour Over:

Pour 8 oz. of water (180° F/82.2 C) over 1/2 tsp. of Lemongrass Mint. Steep for 1 min. Remove herbs by pouring them through a strainer. Serve & Enjoy!

1 teabag of Lemongrass Mint

1/4 Hot Water (4 oz. Hot Water)

3/4 Cold Water (12 oz. Cold Water)

2 Tb Local Raw Honey or Organic Cane Sugar

1 Tb Pure Lemon Juice

Directions:

  1. Add 1 teabag of Lemongrass Mint + Sweetener + Lemon Juice.

  2. Add 4 oz. of hot water (160°F/71°C) to infuse.

  3. Stir for 30 sec. until Sweetener is dissolved.

  4. Add 12 oz of Coldwater.
