Inspiration of Cinnamon Spice Oolong

This is one of my favorite infusions. I made this when I was sick, believing that ginger could cure anything. Instead of making a generic ginger “tea” infusion, I wanted to add my own spin to the drink. So I added the various spices listed above to support the taste of the ginger. It was this infusion that gave me the courage to start this business. I love this blend, especially with local raw honey. I have also added lemon juice or oat milk at times.
