The inspiration came from a mocktail experiment — a pineapple and coconut base pulling from the spirit of a piña colada, reimagined through the lens of botanical craft. To that foundation, lychee was added for a honeyed, floral sweetness that felt more refined, more layered. Then jasmine and Silver Needle brought everything into focus — soft, fragrant, and unmistakably intentional.
The result isn't a tea that mimics a cocktail. It's something entirely its own. Luminous is a sensory experience that happens to arrive in a cup.
HOW TO INFUSE
Amount: 1 teaspoon per 12 oz of water
Temperature: 165°F — gentle heat preserves the delicate floral compounds

I crafted this blend out of my love for Silver Needle and its naturally floral, fragrant character. A year before this blend came together, I was deep in mocktail experimentation — trying to create something inspired by the spirit of a piña colada. Pineapple, coconut, orange. That combination had something to it.
But I wanted to push further. I added lychee for a sweetness that felt more floral, more layered — something the piña colada never had. And when I introduced jasmine and Silver Needle as the foundation, everything came into focus. The combination was fragrant and sweet and almost breathtaking in a way I hadn't anticipated.
When I sip Luminous, the aftertaste is what gets me every time. Every inhale pulls more of those jasmine and lychee notes forward, coating the tongue and the palate. It reminds me of sitting under a crescent moon on a summer evening near the water — warm, unhurried, and fully alive to the moment.
That's the feeling I was chasing. I believe I found it.
